REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Thestch, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The item must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Non-returnable items:

• Products damaged due to misuse.

• Products returned without original packaging or tags.

• Personal-use items where return restrictions apply.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
